Those who took part in the closed beta will have a head start when the open beta goes live, thanks to the progress they made during the testing phase. The XDefiant closed beta offers players and streamers an early chance to check out the upcoming first-person shooter before its official release. Unfortunately, at this time, there are no plans to release XDefiant on Nintendo Switch, so players will need to stick to PC, PS5, or Xbox for now. Players will soon be able to test out Ubisoft's first-person shooter XDefiant during the game's open beta, but may well be asking if they can also play on Nintendo Switch. The game received positive feedback from those who played it, with many praising its fast-paced gameplay and unique factions. Ubisoft made waves earlier this year when it held a closed alpha for XDefiant, allowing players to get a sneak peek at the game before its official release. You'll be able to play on several different maps and modes, as well as progress through the game's progression system to unlock new weapons and upgrades. Xbox Series X|S – Unfortunately, XDefiant Producer Mark Rubin has confirmed that Xbox gamers will need to download a new application for it. PS5 – If you have the PS5 version of the client already downloaded, you’ll just need to update it to version 1.000.003 which is live already.
