I'm going to break down a possible workaround, here we go. yes, don't do that part then, blacking out is bad. I totally see that being the case on dry hair, but if you're about to squish anyway it probably won't make much difference. (Think of working out a braid.) In my personal experience, it's easier with a normal comb but people swear that large tooth is the only acceptable one for curls. (Think of a boat tether and how the ropes are a pain in the ass to untie.) You can even leave the conditioner in for a little bit while you wash the rest of you, then comb and squish.Ĭomb from the bottom and work your way up, that way you're not tightening the tangles and pulling your hair.
